Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Akshat Bhardwaj Foundation ("we," "our," or "the Foundation"), we are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs, internships, skill development initiatives, training sessions, and community-focused opportunities with fairness, transparency, and accountability.

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions governing registration fees, program fees, donations (where applicable), cancellations, and refund requests for services offered by the Akshat Bhardwaj Foundation. By registering for any of our programs, events, internships, or training courses, or by making a payment through our website or authorized payment channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Program Fees

The fees charged by Akshat Bhardwaj Foundation support the administration and delivery of our educational programs, internships, training sessions and certification services.

Payment of the applicable fee confirms your registration and acceptance of this Refund Policy. Any refund request will be reviewed in accordance with the terms outlined below.

3. No Refund Policy

At Akshat Bhardwaj Foundation, all registration fees, membership fees, and program fees are generally non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it confirms your registration and enables us to allocate resources, administrative support, and access to the respective program or service.

Registration charges / Membership charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once they have been deducted or successfully paid, including if you choose not to participate, discontinue the program, or fail to complete the registration process.

4. Limited Refund Cases

Refunds will only be considered in the following specific scenarios:

• Technical Failure: If you have paid but are unable to login due to technical issues from our end that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
• Payment Issues: Double payment, duplicate transactions, or payment gateway failures where service was not delivered.
• Certificate Issues: Technical problems preventing certificate generation that cannot be resolved by our support team.
• Service Not Provided: If we fail to provide the promised educational service entirely.

In all other cases, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to complete the course, dissatisfaction with content, or personal reasons, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted by emailing ratan@akshatbhardwajfoundation.org with the following details:

• Registered Full name, Email ID, Contact number and University Roll no
• Payment reference or transaction ID
• Detailed reason for refund request with supporting evidence
• Screenshots or documentation of the issue

All refund requests will be reviewed within 2–3 working days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
